MaxLife Commercial is seeking a results-driven sales agent to specialize in mixed-use properties for sale and lease across Central Florida. You will source listings, represent buyers and tenants, and manage tours, BOVs, and matching to closing.

This role offers a high-velocity environment with extensive support from MaxLife's team. Based in Central Florida with a 100% commission structure, you will build a robust pipeline, leverage the in-house marketing infrastructure, and receive direct

You'll build a focused book of business in this asset class, backed by MaxLife's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.

• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in mixed-use
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports
