Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Project Coordinator – Hospitality to support its Capital Projects team in Philadelphia. The role handles administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and project documentation across renovation and development projects.

You’ll assist with budgeting, bidding, and purchasing activities while ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Ideal candidates have prior coordination experience in construction or hospitality, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or project coordination experience; construction/real estate/hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project preferred.
• Familiarity with construction documents, terminology, and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Capital Projects team.
• Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and maintain project files.
• Organize drawings, specs, photos, and brand Property Improvement Plans.
• Assist with reviewing construction documents and information gathering for planning.
• Support cost-estimate preparation and maintain estimating records.
• Coordinate material quantity information with in-house purchasing.
• Assist with preparing and distributing bid documents.
