Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support hotel renovation projects. You will work directly with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors and clients to help evaluate needs from RFPs and plans, solicit quotes, purchase materials, track logs, and help prepare closeout documentation.

You will maintain logs, assist with budgets, coordinate milestones, review invoices, participate in team calls, and occasionally travel to job sites for prebid and preconstruction meetings, with a

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related training preferred.
• Experience in construction or estimating preferred.
• Proficiency in plan-reading and estimation software required.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and provide quantity take-offs.
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor bids to prepare preliminary project budget.
• Coordinate with Project Team to determine schedule milestones and track materials.
• Maintain logs (Submittal, RFI, Change Order).
• Evaluate and approve invoices related to material purchases.
• Participate in project team calls with clients and subcontractors and vendors.
• Occasional travel to jobsite for prebid/preconstruction meetings or PM coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout construction.
• Other duties as assigned.
