Job summary

Target Search Partners is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple hospitality renovation projects across the United States from preconstruction through closeout. This traveling role requires coordinating with owners, architects, and general contractors while maintaining budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality renovation, experience with occupied hotels, proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam, and a proven ability to travel as needed.

Nationwide Travel | $120K-$140K + Bonus + Travel

MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY RENOVATION EXPERIENCE.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple hotel renovation projects throughout the U.S. from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 hospitality renovation projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Serve as primary client contact
• Coordinate with Superintendents and ownership teams
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Hospitality renovation experience
• Experience with occupied hotel renovations
• Procore and Bluebeam
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred

• FF&E experience
• Multi-property renovation programs
• Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni experience
