HHM Hotels seeks a Project Coordinator to support its Capital Projects team in Philadelphia, handling administrative tasks, document control, meeting coordination, and budget support for hotel renovations.

This role offers exposure to construction and real estate development in hospitality, with a clear growth path from Junior Project Manager to Project Manager, and opportunities to collaborate with vendors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or project coordination experience; hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Capital Projects team, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining project files.
• Organize drawings, specifications, photographs, and brand-issued Property Improvement Plans to support scope development.
• Assist project managers with reviewing construction documents and gathering information for project planning.
• Support cost-estimate preparation and maintain estimating records and databases.
• Coordinate material quantity information with in-house purchasing to support estimates and ordering.
• Assist with preparing and distributing bid documents under department leadership’s direction.
• Conduct occasional site visits to collect information and support field verification.
• Compile the biweekly Construction Projects Update, coordinating with project managers and third-party vendors to obtain accurate information.
• Follow established safety procedures, use required protective equipment, and comply with applicable workplace and site safety requirements.
• Perform other administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.
