Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations to lead high-profile hotel renovation projects across the East Coast. The role oversees schedules, budgets, procurement, and client relationships in an employee-owned environment.

You will manage preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with owners, architects, subs, and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or hospitality renovations.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and maintain schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospitality renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Serve as primary contact with owners, hotel management, architects, and contractors.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and compliance with policies.
• Lead meetings, provide cost/schedule reports, and manage project financials.
• Travel to project sites as needed to ensure delivery and resolve issues.
