Auberge Collection in Hawaii is seeking a Paymaster to process payroll for hotel and golf operations, ensuring accuracy and cycle compliance. You will generate payroll reports, support department managers, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include month-end close, unemployment and wage tax forms, and audits. A bachelor/three years accounting experience and knowledge of USALI are required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in accounting/business or three (3) years related work experience
• Basic knowledge and understanding accounting principle
• Basic knowledge and understanding Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI)

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for hotel and golf operations and ensure payroll is accurate and submitted according to payroll cycle guideline
• Produce and review payroll related & labor reports; provide leadership and support
• Handle month-end close, unemployment insurance forms, wage and tax forms, and payroll-related audits
