Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with Great Plains is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of invoices, ensuring proper coding.
• Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, verifying compliance with company policies.
• General Ledger Support: Support the maintenance of the general ledger by recording journal entries and ensuring accurate financial data.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
• Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
