Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Honolulu seeks a payroll professional to support multi-state operations, handling bi-weekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities. The role requires on-site work at our Waikiki office and a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

The position offers a base salary in the range of $75,000–$80,000 with potential for higher compensation based on experience, skills, and education. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of payroll experience.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized payroll support for multi-state operations, including processing bi-weekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws, reporting requirements, and labor regulations.
• Respond to internal inquiries and support audit activities with HR and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to resolve payroll matters effectively.
• Work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.

Provide centralized payroll support for multi-state operations, including the processing of bi-weekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax laws, reporting requirements, and labor regulations. Respond to internal inquiries, support audit activities, and collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams. Leverage experience, knowledge, and research to resolve payroll matters effectively with minimal supervision.

Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements

1–2 years of payroll experience. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
