Job summary

Thind Management seeks a highly adaptable Hospitality Task Force Manager to provide on-site leadership across our hotel portfolio. You will stabilize operations, lead teams through openings, staffing gaps, and changes, and ensure service excellence and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in hotel leadership roles such as AGM/GM or department head.
• Proven ability to stabilize operations and lead teams through change.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work short-notice assignments.
• Experience with hotel/property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary leadership coverage for vacancies, leaves, or special projects.
• Stabilize daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
• Coach, train, and mentor managers and line-level staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and regulations.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Support openings, renovations, conversions, and repositionings.
• Drive guest satisfaction and performance accountability.
• Assist with payroll controls, labor budgeting, and expense oversight.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and employee relations.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
