Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ guest services/front desk/housekeeping experience, or
• 2-year degree in Hospitality/Resort/Business with 2 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster a property environment focused on motivation, teamwork and service.
• Address guest needs and exceed expectations through proactive plans.
