Job summary

LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC in Breckenridge, CO seeks an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead a valet-driven hospitality team in a luxury mountain setting, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The role is full-time and permanent, offering competitive pay and benefits.

You will develop staff, manage schedules and budgets, ensure service standards align with contracts, and deliver memorable guest experiences across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Prior valet parking experience in a hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused operations.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop valet team members and Shift Leads.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and team communications.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture.
• Identify future leaders and support employee career growth.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Support safety training and compliance initiatives.
