Qualifications

• Must have hotel experience, preferably Hilton.
• Hands-on role with prospecting, qualifying and closing business.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and franchise compliance.
• Concentration on guest service is imperative.
• Financial leadership to manage hotel budget.
• Requires good communication skills to relate to guest, employees and management company.
• Must be able to train employees to perform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operations - maintain high standards and appearance of the property; manage cleanliness and maintenance programs; lead weekly meetings; review monthly operating reports.
• Profitability - manage hotel budget and labor; monitor accounts receivable; review financial statements.
• Sales and Promotion - coordinate sales and marketing efforts; review contracts and negotiated rates; support revenue management.
• Service - maintain guest satisfaction and motivate team; respond to guest comments; monitor guest feedback sites.
• Team Member Management - foster a healthy work environment; supervise departments; ensure training and uniforms.
• Accounting - oversee cash funds and deposits; manage franchise reimbursements; participate in budget creation.
