LAZ Parking Chicago, LLC is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager to support the Hospitality Manager with comprehensive oversight of financial, operational, safety and service-related success at their hotel in Chicago, IL.

You will manage, train, and supervise Shift Leads and frontline staff, driving service results and client relationships while ensuring adherence to safety thresholds and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service outcomes at the hotel.
• Manage, schedule, train, and direct Shift Leads and frontline staff.
• Improve revenue, control expenses, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Follow client contractual requirements and audit protocols.
