Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Director of Operations in Florida to lead day-to-day hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction, efficiency, and financial performance. This leadership role partners with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Security to ensure seamless experiences for guests across properties.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field and 3+ years of hospitality operations leadership, with strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of hotel operations, hospitality leadership, guest services, or operational management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, labor management, and hospitality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, guest services, and operational departments.
• Lead and support hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service and operational consistency.
• Partner with department leaders to support staffing, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, online reputation, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory control, and cost management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to maximize occupancy and performance.
• Respond quickly to guest concerns and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
