Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You’ll flex into any role on the floor and build a team that delivers memorable hospitality without being asked twice.

You’ll drive revenue, recruit and coach staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction during high-volume periods, while maintaining operations readiness and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly supervisors in fast-paced settings.
• Strong guest-centric approach and floor leadership style.
• Solid understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, ensuring service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and guest needs.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Remain on the floor to support FOH/BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, and uphold accountability.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
