Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into any role as needed and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

With 3+ years in leadership of high-volume operations, you will drive sales, train hourly leaders, and ensure cost control. A floor-first management style and strong guest experience focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant/hospitality/high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong read on guest experience and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, and inventory accuracy.
• Support FOH/BOH on floor and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
