Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead daily food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations. You will flex into roles as needed and build a cohesive team that delivers hospitality excellence across all shifts.

You will drive sales, train hourly leaders, and manage labor, costs, and inventory to meet financial targets while maintaining guest satisfaction and a floor-first service approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant/hospitality/high-volume operations
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build high-performing teams
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory and P&L
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement and events
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy and daily financial targets
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time
• Ensure the center is ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts
