Qualifikationen

• 3+ years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build consistent teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen: labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade on each shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, cost controls, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
