Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality.

You will guide labor, food cost, inventory, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining performance standards and driving revenue. This role requires a proactive, floor-first leadership style and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly staff in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Lead daily restaurant, bar, bowling, and arcades operations across shifts.
• Drive revenue through guest engagement and upselling.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor and cost control; manage inventory and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on the floor and handle guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center is guest-ready during high-volume periods.
