Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in Northglenn, CO is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts. You’ll build and coach a high-performing team and ensure hospitality excellence.

You will manage labor, cost control, inventory, and guest satisfaction, while staying hands-on on the floor to maintain standards and guest experience during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen: labor, food cost, inventory, P&L.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams meeting standards.
• Own labor, cost control, inventory, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
