Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into any role as needed and build a team that delivers hospitality without being asked twice.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume operations, a proven ability to drive F&B sales, and a floor-first management style with a strong guest focus. You’ll manage labor costs and inventory while ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
