Kana Hotel Group is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry teams at our Mooresville, NC property. You will schedule staff, manage budgets, and ensure rooms and public areas meet our quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy hotel environment. Opportunity for growth within the brand and comprehensive employee benefits.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in all aspects of Housekeeping in a large, multi-use facility.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff: hiring, terminations, disciplinary action, evaluations, training and development.
• Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy; assign daily boards to housekeeping team members.
• Manage contract labor relationships and training for contract labor positions.
• Evaluate equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements with other managers.
• Assist General Manager in developing the department's annual budget and monitor performance against plan.
• Maintain room quality and cleanliness in guest areas and storage, restrooms, and public spaces; verify rooms are ready.
• Compile and report accurate status of guest rooms to front office.
• Oversee all housekeeping duties and maintain productivity and labor cost goals.
• Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing and supplies.
• Conduct inventories of linen, supplies and equipment; order and receive to maintain adequate stock.
• Ensure quality services meet guest needs and enhance guest relations.
• Prepare for audits to achieve satisfactory scores with the brand; collaborate with management for improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educación

High school diploma or GED

4 years housekeeping experience

2 years supervisory experience
