Aloft Mooresville/Lake Norman is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and maintain guest areas, support housekeeping staff, and ensure guest rooms meet high standards. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks in hallways and public spaces (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Empty trash and replace liners; maintain cleanliness of storage areas and carts.
• Clean and maintain lobby, restrooms, fitness areas; report supply shortages.
• Assist with guest rooms: beds, linens, replenishment, and room readiness.
• Assist housekeeping team with supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure timely task completion.
