Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager OEM for Hotel Deco in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on supervising back-of-house operations and ensuring guest satisfaction while driving hotel profitability.

It requires strong leadership, finance acumen, and the ability to train and develop associates across multiple departments. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping, engineering/maintenance, F&B, PBX, bell staff, front office, and banquets, with duties extending to performance

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department within a hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Proficient in Windows Operating Systems.
• Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide actions.
• Capable of handling stress and maintaining composure.
• Ability to analyze financial information and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest encounters and ensure attentive, friendly service.
• Maintain attendance and compliance with hotel standards.
• Uphold dress code and professional appearance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
• Support certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR/First Aid).
• Assist in operating departments in GM absence and supervise as needed.
• Contribute to financial reporting and meet corporate deadlines.
• Participate in MOD coverage and staff training programs.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training for Guest Services as needed.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on guest satisfaction.
