Job summary

Hotel Deco, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (OEM) to supervise back‑of‑house departments and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will focus on profitability, staff development, and cross‑department coordination across Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Front Office, and Banquets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive experience in Rooms or F&B in a hotel or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Must be able to analyze financial information and data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back-of-house operating departments in the absence of the General Manager.
• Support Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
• Assist General Manager with financial reports and deadlines.
• Participate in required MOD coverage and staff development.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue generation through cost control and teamwork.
