Job summary

Hotel Deco, operated by Aimbridge-Hospitality, in Omaha, seeks a Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and guide guests through the menu with confidence while maintaining a clean, organized service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and coworkers.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's Card) per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate orders to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Know the menu inside and out to guide guests on ingredients, dietary needs, and daily specials.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Juggle multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and service running smoothly.
• Handle transactions and close checks with precision following company security protocols.
• Keep the service area clean and safe, complying with hygiene regulations and standards.
• Maintain energy and composure while standing and moving throughout shifts.
