High Hotels in York, PA is seeking an Assistant Hotel General Manager to oversee front desk and food & beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across Home2 Suites York.

The successful candidate will lead and develop teams, manage daily operations, coordinate branding programs, and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and staff, while adapting to a varied schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience overseeing front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or overall hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the selection, training and development of all front desk personnel, breakfast host/hostess and security/night audit positions.
• Handles front desk tasks: check-ins, checkout, reservations, guest folio inquiries and problem resolution.
• Maximizes room revenue and occupancy through suggestive selling and revenue analysis.
• Ensures Front Desk is fully staffed at all times and maintains brand policy compliance.
