Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a team across a portfolio of hospitality properties. You will coach staff, manage daily workflows, conduct inspections, and ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

In this hybrid role in Dillon, CO, you’ll coordinate scheduling, budgets, and cross-team collaboration, with travel between local worksites.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Technical computer skills with laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Frequent travel between worksites, reliable personal transportation required.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable talking to people and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow for a portfolio of properties.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support guests/ homeowners concerns via emails, calls and tickets.
• Develop relationships with property owners to ensure maintenance.
• Meet company standards and metrics (NPS, unit appearance, efficiency).
• Support portfolio budgeting and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Partner with Onboarding when new units join the portfolio.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (bulbs, hinges, unclogging).
• Promote open communication and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Assist recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Coordinate with regional and upper management teams.
• Other duties as assigned in hospitality.
