Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Operations Manager to lead a team across a portfolio of vacation properties. You will coach staff, manage daily workflows, and ensure guest and owner satisfaction through proactive communication and meticulous property care.

This role requires strong people skills, willingness to travel between sites, and a focus on process improvements. You’ll support budgeting, scheduling, and uphold standards like NPS and appearance while

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry.
• 1-2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Technical computer skills on hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow for property portfolio to boost productivity and meet objectives.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest/homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Develop and grow relationships with property owners to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Meet standards and metrics like NPS and unit appearance.
• Assist budgeting for portfolio and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Partner with Onboarding team when new units join the portfolio.
• Foster collaboration and address conflicts constructively.
• Other duties as assigned.
