Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor in Breckenridge, CO. You will lead a team across a portfolio of vacation properties, balancing guest experience with property standards and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage daily operations, inspections, and owner relations. Hybrid work with local office time and travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry.
• 1–2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping and maintenance preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Willingness to travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow for a portfolio of properties to optimize productivity and quality.
• Provide cross-coverage for the team and management as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via email, calls, and tickets.
• Build relationships with property owners and act as subject matter expert for properties.
• Meet company standards and metrics (NPS, unit appearance, efficiency).
• Assist budgeting for the portfolio and perform cost-benefit analyses.
