Job summary

First Chair Destinations in Warren, VT seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a team across hospitality properties. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage communications with owners and guests, maintain property standards, and assist with budgeting. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• 1-2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping and maintenance preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management-level experience is highly preferred.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of employees through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow of properties to optimize productivity and meet objectives.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support escalated guest and homeowner concerns via email, calls, and tickets.
• Develop relationships with property owners and ensure properties are well cared for.
