Job summary

First Chair Destinations seeks a Lead Housekeeper to supervise and elevate our housekeeping team across vacation properties. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and participate in hands-on cleaning to uphold our high standards for guest experiences.

You’ll inspect completed cleans, train team members, and collaborate with managers to optimize daily operations, budgets, and quality metrics. The role requires travel between worksites and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in housekeeping or related role.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Comfort with digital systems and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to boost productivity.
• Inspect cleans and supervise housekeeping staff for quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and deployment of team.
