Job summary

MasterCorp is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team at our Williamsburg site, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget targets while partnering with resort management, vendors, and HR to recruit, train, and retain staff. This role requires an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of progressive management experience, strong English, and analytical skills.

Occasional travel and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a field directly related to this position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Proven analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop MasterCorp personnel at the site to meet quality, timeliness, and budget targets.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with site management to achieve objectives.
• Maintain compliant inventory of tools and chemicals and ensure safety practices.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and retention strategies for team members and conduct performance reviews.
