Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Strong analytic ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk the site daily to ensure contract obligations and standards are met.
• Monitor Quality, Timeliness, and Budget KPIs and drive improvements.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams.
• Coach, develop, and discipline staff; conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain safety, inventory, and supplies; manage site operations.
• Build strong relationships with resort management and clients.
