Hilton is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to oversee stewarding operations across the property, ensuring smooth service and memorable guest experiences.

You will support inventory, sanitation compliance, equipment maintenance, cost management, and team development while upholding health, safety and alcohol awareness standards. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with kitchen and service teams, and a commitment to the brand’s hospitality pillars.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory of china, glassware, linen, and silver for all operations.
• Monitor sanitation standards and health regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure functionality of food service equipment.
• Support cost management by tracking expenses and identifying savings.
• Assist with day-to-day team oversight, scheduling shifts, coaching and evaluations.
• Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.
