Hilton is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to lead stewarding operations with a focus on hospitality, integrity, and teamwork. You will help manage inventory, sanitation, equipment, and cost controls while supporting staff development and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control: assist with daily coordination, distribution, storage and maintenance of items.
• Monitor sanitation standards: assist in implementing and overseeing sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance: assist in securing, maintaining, and ensuring the functionality of food service equipment.
• Assist with cost management: track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities to support departmental efficiency and profitability.
• Support team performance and development: assist with day-to-day team oversight, scheduling shifts, coaching and evaluations.
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
