Hilton is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to support stewarding operations across the property, delivering memorable hospitality to guests. The role involves assisting with inventory, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and cost management to help drive departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory control of china, glassware, linen, and silver.
• Assist sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations.

• Support daily team oversight, shifts, coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
