Qualifications

• Experience in stewarding or hotel operations preferred.
• Ability to implement health and safety regulations.
• Proven track record in managing teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control across china, glassware, linen and silver.
• Monitor sanitation standards and health procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of food service equipment.
• Assist with cost management and efficiency opportunities.
• Support day-to-day team performance, scheduling and development.
• Uphold regulatory standards for guest and staff safety.
