Highgate Hotels offers a Summer 2027 Operations Internship in Dallas Growth. You will rotate through multiple departments to learn the hospitality business in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The program starts in June.

Candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and available to work onsite at an hourly rate of $20 per hour. This internship emphasizes hands-on learning, professional growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in the internship city for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and employees at all levels in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all required hotel meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance according to Highgate Hotel standards.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and uniform with nametag.
• Comply with hotel standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Cross-train in other hotel-related areas.
