Job summary

LAZ Hospitality in Denver seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead valet, guest services, transportation, and related hospitality operations. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, build high-performing teams, and partner with hotel leadership to uphold service excellence.

This exempt leadership role focuses on delivering outstanding guest satisfaction, financial performance, staffing, safety, and operational consistency across a premier hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience in hospitality, valet operations, or related service industry.
• Valet parking experience within a hospitality environment.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Strong customer service, leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Financial management experience including labor, payroll review, budgeting support, or similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for valet, guest services, transportation, and related hospitality operations.
• Ensure service standards are consistently achieved across all areas.
• Lead planning for high-occupancy periods, events, VIP experiences, and other activity.
• Evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, equipment, facilities, and resources to meet guest and client needs.
• Partner with hotel/property leadership to align objectives and standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and frontline teams.
• Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and professional development.
• Oversee guest satisfaction, client relationships, and service recovery when needed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across operations.
