Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant/venue with a game component. You will lead hourly teams, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with senior ops leadership to hit venue goals.

Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will manage service, bar, reception, and tech operations, uphold safety standards, and ensure financial discipline while fostering a strong, coaching-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant or similar high-volume venue.
• Proven ability to lead and coach hourly staff to meet objectives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and guest resolution skills.
• Able to manage finances and operate restaurant tech systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service, bar, reception, game and tech areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Hire, train and develop hourly associates with daily focus and coaching.
• Maintain guest service standards and handle guest issues professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams and manage controllable expenses.
