Puttshack USA, a tech-infused mini golf venue, is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead high-volume operations and a team of hourly staff. You will partner with the Director of Operations to achieve venue goals, uphold standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across service, bar, and gaming components.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences in a dynamic, entertainment-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or similar high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and restaurant operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-2 venue areas (service, bar, reception, game & tech).
• Maintain compliance with policies and standards; inspire the team.
• Manage scheduling and shift coverage for hourly staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and provide coaching.
• Ensure a top-tier guest experience and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house operations.
