Job summary

Puttshack USA Inc. is seeking an Hospitality Manager to oversee a multi-faceted, high-volume restaurant/venue with a game component. You will manage hourly staff, lead operational execution, and collaborate with leadership to hit venue goals.

You will also hire and develop team members, optimize schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety and compliance standards in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience within high-volume food & beverage, hospitality, or social entertainment venue.
• Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-2 areas of venue operations (service, bar, reception, game & tech).
• Hire, train, and develop hourly associates; create schedules with forecasts.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; provide coaching and direction to hourly staff.
• Drive guest experience by maintaining a guest-centric mindset and brand standards.
• Ensure safety/compliance with proper safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment.
