Fifth Group Restaurants seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across Midtown, Buckhead, and Vinings locations in Atlanta. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing costs and compliance with company standards.

The role requires 3+ years in full-service restaurant management, strong leadership, and effective communication. Expect travel among locations with a focus on profitability and service excellence.

Formación

• 3+ years of full service restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, people, and product.

Responsabilidades

• Hold hourly staff accountable with coaching and feedback.
• Educate staff on FGR values and service standards.
• Execute new hire training and ongoing support.
• Maintain staffing levels across shifts and disciplines.
• Understand P&L, budgets vs. actuals, and participate in meetings.
• Provide leadership and floor coverage to ensure guest satisfaction.
