Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hold hourly staff accountable with coaching and feedback.
• Educate staff on FGR values and service standards.
• Execute new hire training and ongoing support.
• Maintain staffing levels across shifts and disciplines.
• Understand P&L, budgets vs. actuals, and participate in meetings.
• Provide leadership and floor coverage to ensure guest satisfaction.
