Job summary

PLANTA is seeking a Manager to support daily restaurant operations and elevate the beverage program. You will work with other managers to ensure consistency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across service and bar operations.

You will lead with a hands-on, solution-focused style, leveraging your knowledge of cocktails and wine to drive sales while maintaining high standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Track record of progressive leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer.
• Hands-on experience with bar operations, inventory, and cost control.
