PLANTA is hiring a Bartender to deliver an exceptional beverage experience, mixing classic cocktails and innovative drinks with a passion for hospitality. You will manage bar operations, maintain inventory, and ensure top-notch service while representing our brand's values.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume cocktail environments, strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, and Smart Serve certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding guest beverage experience.
• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Oversee bar operations, setup and teardown.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory control.
