Job summary

Manhatta is seeking an Events Operations Manager to lead end-to-end event execution from planning to on-floor delivery. You will partner with the Events, Beverage, Culinary, and Service teams to align sales, planning, and flawless execution in a fast-paced dining environment.

With a strong beverage operations background, you will drive SOPs, inventories, and post-event learnings, coaching staff to elevate standards while ensuring guest experience remains exceptional and scalable.

Qualifications

• Strong background in beverage operations.
• 2+ years in operations, purchasing, or related roles (beverage preferred).
• Analytical and organizational skills with data translation.
• Experience managing vendors and supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with purchasing and inventory systems (Craftable or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear, collaborative communication and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of every event and ensure delivered as sold.
• Act as liaison between Events, Beverage, and Service teams.
• Collaborate on event pipeline management, BEO review, and planning.
• Build and maintain SOPs, inventory structures, tech sheets, and processes.
• Oversee event beverage inventory, par levels, and post-event reconciliation.
• Coach staff on the floor and elevate service standards.
• Lead post-event debriefs and provide feedback to Wine Director and Bar Manager.
