Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced knowledge of traditional and contemporary cocktails, wine and beer.
• Hands-on experience with bar operations – ordering, inventory, cost control and training.
• Ability to drive profitability through cost control and sales growth strategies.
• Strong integrity, decision making ability, and analytical mindset.
• Innovative mindset towards business growth.
• Passion for plant-based ingredients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion hospitality for guests and employees, creating a welcoming environment.
• Actively participating in service and bar operations while driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to address inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation, and service to restaurant standards.
• Maintain bar ambiance, cleanliness, and organization; coordinate music, lighting and entertainment where applicable.
• Direct purchasing for bar ingredients and negotiate with vendors for best pricing.
• Lead bar staff training on new items, techniques and beverage pairings.
• Maintain accurate POS systems and inventory controls.
