Job summary

The Village at Orchard Ridge is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead hospitality operations and elevate resident satisfaction in a warm, service-focused environment.

You will manage programs, coordinate events, and develop a dedicated team to deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families, while maintaining organization and attention to detail across daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of front-of-house management experience in hospitality, senior living, dining services, hotel operations, or related customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospitality programs, services, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate special events, celebrations, and community activities that enhance resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house management role within hospitality, senior living, dining services, hotel operations, or a related customer service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service, resident satisfaction, and relationship building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating and executing catering events, including consulting with residents, families, and clients to plan successful events and special occasions.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the changing needs of residents, guests, and team members.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
